behalf of Jennifer. She was on site at PSIP on Feb. 4 to
help the Billing Dept. with questions, instructions and tips
on the use of Cortex Medical Billing Software. Jennifer was
very patient, knowledgeable and downright helpful. We all

I was thinking about Jennifer
the other day and I should have sent this in a long time ago
but I didn't so I am doing it now. When we were in Seattle,
at the Cortex User Conference, Jennifer treated me so
wonderful. She didn't treat me like a customer, she treated
me like a friend. She took me to the hotel after we got off
our plane. She introduced me to new people at the conference
and made sure that I didn't feel left out at night when we
were on our own for dinner. She did everything she could to
make my trip easy. Whenever I talk to Jennifer, she is
always kind to me and doesn't make me feel like I don't know
what I'm talking about. She is truly a very good person and
